If you are lactose intolerant, replace Herbalife Formula 1 with these High protein, low carbohydrate vanilla and chocolate shakes.
They mix easily with water for a refreshing, tasty shake.
You may also like to try the Herbalife protein powder which can be mixed with soups and sauces to add protein.
