Paying using Paypal

Paying by cheque

Go back and shop for other items if you wish then click on View Basket again when you have finished.

What delivery can I expect ?

 We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on ALL PRODUCTS.
Postal costs are taken directly from our profits, we do not charge extra.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are despatched the same day or the next working day.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday are despatched on Monday.
On Fridays, we will attempt to despatch the same day if possible.
Please allow for weekends, bank holidays, adverse weather conditions and industrial action.

If your order or part of it is out of stock, we will email you to let you know.
At the very latest, we normally ship within five days. Most orders ship the next working day.
Standard shipping is via 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Post (Parcel Force), Special delivery is used at our discretion.
The post office cannot guarantee to deliver next day if despatched on Friday.

When ordering by post, please allow 7 working days for your cheque to be processed.
Orders returned to us due to the customer not being in at time of delivery, or not collecting from post office, will need to pay the return postage.
We do not accept responsibility for customers who are not at home when delivery attempts are made.

If you do not wish to pay the return postage, we will refund your money minus the original postal charge which can range from 50p to £25.

Can I order products in bulk ?

  We can negotiate discounts for orders above £200 however discounts will not be given on already discounted "special promotion" items. For full details about discounts, please read our discount policy here.
Postal charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Please contact us if you require a bulk order & to check stock availability & any extra postal costs that may apply.

In which countries is Herbalife available ?

  At present, we only supply to UK customers due to product variations in other countries.
If you are in another country and know the Herbalife product code you require, please email us and we can arrange to ship the product to you.

Do you take telephone orders ?

 If you are a previous customer, we can take telephone orders, please leave a clear message on our answering service and we shall call you back as soon as possible.
You can also email us with your phone number and your requirements and we shall call you back as soon as possible.

 The price you see on our site is the price you pay.
