If you are underweight, this can be a cause of concern.

If your weight is at the lower end, try to maintain it, don't be tempted to lose more weight.
If your weight is in the ok range, you probably don't need to lose weight, you are eating the right amount of food to stay in the desirable range for health, but it's important to make sure you're eating a healthy diet.
If you are overweight for your height, don't put on more weight.
Try reducing the amount you eat, especially food and drinks high in fat or sugar, try to do more exercise.
Aim to lose half to one kilogram (one to two pounds) a week, until you reach the OK weight range.
